We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Transformation Manager to join our Oracle Cloud practice. In this role, you will lead Oracle Cloud Financials engagements, owning the delivery of finance transformation initiatives and acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
As a Manager, you will be accountable for end‑to‑end delivery, lead finance functional teams, and ensure high‑quality outcomes across design, implementation, and post‑go‑live stabilization. You will balance hands‑on functional leadership with team oversight, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary finance functional lead for Oracle Cloud Financials engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to client finance and IT leadership. Lead and manage full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Finance, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Lead client discussions and decision‑making across finance transformation topics, including process design, system capabilities, and change impacts. Experience in understanding business requirements through design workshops and translating them into effective Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Provide deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, applying leading practices to optimize finance processes and controls.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, setting clear expectations and ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, and outcomes.
• Lead finance functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and successful project outcomes.
• Oversee testing strategy, cutover planning, and go‑live execution, ensuring readiness and smooth transition to operations.
• Ensure solutions comply with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control expectations.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating appropriately and driving resolution.
• Support business development activities such as proposal development, estimations, and solution shaping.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud Financials roadmap and releases to continuously enhance delivery capability.

You are someone who is :
• Has 7-10+ years of Oracle ERP consulting experience, with strong emphasis on Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Has proven experience leading finance workstreams or entire Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
• Demonstrates deep functional expertise across AP, AR, GL, CM, and FA.
• Is an Oracle Certified Cloud Financials Implementor.
• Brings strong finance and accounting process knowledge across end‑to‑end finance operations.
• Has successfully led at least three full‑cycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations
• Is comfortable managing senior client stakeholders and complex delivery environments.
• Demonstrates strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Is able to travel as required for client engagements.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with additional Oracle Cloud modules and functionalities.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end financials architecture across source systems, subledgers and the general ledger.
• Knowledge of industry-specific financial processes and requirements.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Exposure to large, complex or global Oracle Cloud ERP Programs
Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
