As an Oracle EPM Planning Senior Lead (Senior Manager), you will serve as a Delivery and Engagement Lead on enterprise planning and finance transformation programs, responsible for shaping solutions, owning client relationships, and driving delivery across multiple engagements.
As a Senior Manager, you will:
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and delivery of multiple Oracle EPM Planning engagements simultaneously, including scope, workplan, risk and issue management (RAID), financial management, quality, and overall delivery outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (e.g., CFOs, Finance Directors), providing guidance on finance transformation and enterprise planning strategies.
• Own and provide direction on solution design and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and long‑term sustainability.
• Lead definition of future-state planning processes and operating models, leveraging Oracle EPM capabilities to drive improved efficiency and business insight.
• Drive alignment across Finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to enable effective decision-making and program success.
• Provide functional leadership across Oracle EPM Planning solutions, including the full suite of EPBCS modules.
• Oversee planning model design and solution architecture (drivers, assumptions, scenarios, workflows, reporting outputs) to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to client objectives.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across planning, forecasting, and performance management use cases.
• Oversee testing and deployment activities, including test strategy, defect triage, UAT readiness, and go‑live planning to ensure solutions are adopted successfully and deliver expected business value.
• Drive business development through proposal leadership, delivering client presentations, and relationship management.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies, offerings development, and thought leadership within the Oracle EPM practice.
• Lead and mentor multi-level delivery teams, including Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers, across multiple engagements, promoting strong delivery discipline and team development through coaching, mentorship, and quality feedback.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development within the Oracle EPM practice.
• Stay current on Oracle EPM product advancements and incorporate relevant innovations into delivery, particularly AI/IPM capabilities such as predictive planning, Auto Predict, and IPM Insights.
• Help clients apply AI-enabled planning capabilities to improve forecast accuracy, automate insight generation, and enhance decision-making processes.
• Shape client thinking on the role of AI within enterprise planning, balancing innovation with practical, value-driven implementation.

You are someone who has:
• 8+ years of experience delivering Oracle EPM Planning solutions within consulting and/or enterprise environments.
• Experience leading finance and enterprise planning transformation programs, improving budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end Oracle EPM Planning implementations across the full project lifecycle, from requirements through to deployment and stabilization.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale or multiple concurrent engagements, managing delivery, stakeholders, and engagement financials.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle EPM Planning platforms including EPBCS, PBCS, and Hyperion Planning, and associated modules (Workforce, Capital, Project, Strategic Modelling).
• Deep understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management.
• Experience managing project financials, scope, and risk across complex engagements.
• Working knowledge of integrations, metadata architecture, and related technologies (e.g., Data Management, FDMEE, Essbase Business Rules, Groovy Scripting, and REST APIs)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges through structured approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce client-ready content and confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of, and experience applying (or supporting the application of), AI-enabled planning capabilities in Oracle EPM - such as Auto Predict and IPM Insights-and how to apply them responsibly to enhance forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional designation (e.g., CPA, MBA) is an asset.
• Oracle EPM certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud EPM Certification) are considered a strong asset.
Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
