Do you love designing and leading experiences that help teams and leaders solve difficult problems, see things differently, and take meaningful action? What will your typical day look like?
As a Greenhouse Facilitator, you will partner with the Regional Market Lead and client account teams to design and deliver customized Greenhouse experiences.You will help executives and their teams navigate complex, often ambiguous business challenges through structured, interactive conversations that generate new perspectives, alignment, and actionable insights.
Success in this role requires someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects at different stages of development. No two engagements are exactly alike, and you will regularly adjust your approach to meet evolving client and team needs in a fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, English is required for this position.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Listening to clients and account teams to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities, and helping define the focus of the engagement.
- Designing workshop strategies, agendas, and engagement approaches that create the conditions for successful outcomes.
- Developing a strong understanding of Greenhouse methodologies, tools, and design approaches, and adapting them to meet specific client needs while maintaining a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Managing all phases of an engagement, including planning, workshop design, facilitation, follow-up activities, and ongoing coordination.
- Leading planning discussions, shaping and customizing the workshop experience, collaborating closely with Greenhouse Experience Specialists, and ensuring alignment with both client and account team objectives.
- Applying broad business experience, professional expertise, and knowledge of Deloitte priorities to address complex challenges in creative and practical ways.
- Building Deloitte's reputation in the marketplace and strengthening client relationships through exceptional Greenhouse experiences.
The Greenhouse Experience team designs and delivers immersive, highly engaging experiences that help organizations gain momentum, build confidence, challenge conventional thinking, and overcome barriers to progress.
We bring together principles from behavioral science, group dynamics, innovation, design thinking, and strategy to help clients work through their most complex business challenges. Whether delivered in a Greenhouse space, at an offsite location, or virtually, our experiences are designed to create meaningful engagement and better outcomes for clients across Canada.
We are looking for organized, creative, and highly motivated individuals who possess strong self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a passion for helping groups do their best thinking together.
You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience designing and facilitating workshops, collaborative sessions, or group experiences.
- Ideally, 3 to 5 years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong facilitation skills grounded in human-centered design and experience-led approaches.
- The ability to work at a fast pace, think quickly, adjust in real time, and respond effectively to changing circumstances and participant feedback.
- Strong visual communication and writing skills, along with exceptional storytelling and influencing capabilities.
- Confidence using collaboration and engagement technologies such as Zoom, Klaxoon, Miro, and Poll Everywhere, along with a willingness to learn new digital tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups across all levels of an organization.
- Experience or knowledge in digital innovation and strategy is considered an asset.
- An undergraduate degree.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- The ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
