What will your typical day look like?

Work you'll do

• Drive awareness and adoption of Ascend across geographies and Member Firms through effective change management strategies.
• Deliver impactful sessions for senior stakeholders and create targeted adoption plans.
• Partner with project and Member Firm teams during activation.
• Proactively resolve challenges and influence positive change for smooth adoption.
• Showcase Ascend platforms (Methods, Assets, Tools) in context.
• Demonstrate GenAI capabilities and provide tailored support to pursuit and project teams.
• Build strong relationships across regions, foster collaboration, and advocate enablement priorities.
• Promote Ascend’s value proposition, including GenAI assets.
• Lead “train-the-trainer” programs and build internal expertise on Ascend and GenAI.
• Provide ongoing guidance and act as a subject matter expert.
• Coordinate with development teams for troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and user acceptance testing.
• Gather feedback and support product enhancements.
• Develop deep knowledge of Ascend tools and their business impact.
• Conduct demos showcasing key features during planning and delivery.
• Support global enablement for new tool accelerators within the Ascend ecosystem.
• Engage with Global Teams and MF network and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Advocate strategic GenAI use and contribute to global delivery initiatives.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, remote environment with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in team leadership activities, including recruiting, performance management, and coaching.
• Ability to manage upwards and lead junior team members effectively.
• Strong planning and program management skills to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Proven track record of executing high-impact initiatives with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent core consulting skills: analysis, research, synthesis, modeling, and logical structuring.
• Superior proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to communicate effectively with virtual teams across global locations.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills to involve essential stakeholders.
• Ability to establish efficient communication channels and manage expectations.
• Flexibility to work as part of a global team spread across different time zones.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and action-oriented team player.
• Client delivery experience in consulting firms with exposure to agile and/or waterfall delivery methodologies.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
