What will your typical day look like?

Work you'll do

Focuses on enablement by creating kick-off materials, quick reference guides, and FAQs, designing training programs, promoting office hours, and facilitating retrospectives for continuous improvement while compiling risks and feedback.


Support Change Delivery for Ascend Initiatives

Assist in delivering change initiatives for the global Ascend platform rollout, ensuring alignment with program objectives and stakeholder expectations. Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify key areas of focus and address potential challenges. Partner with the Change Manager and project teams to support the implementation of change plans and ensure readiness across stakeholder groups.

Develop and Execute Communications

Create and refine communication materials, including emails, FAQs, talking points, and presentations, tailored to Ascend stakeholders. Support the development of engagement materials that promote awareness and adoption of the Ascend platform. Ensure communications are audience-appropriate, consistent, and aligned with Ascend Enablement branding and tone.

Enablement Material Development

Translate change strategies into practical tools, such as readiness briefs, stakeholder toolkits, and role-based guidance, to support adoption. Collaborate with Offering Leaders, MF Leaders, and Regional Enablement Teams to ensure materials address specific stakeholder needs. Track and report on adoption metrics, using insights to refine enablement efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with key stakeholders, including Offering Leaders, MF Leaders, and Regional Enablement Teams, to gather inputs and align on messaging. Facilitate working sessions and maintain communication loops to ensure stakeholder needs are addressed. Coordinate reviews and approvals to deliver high-quality, timely materials.

Qualifications

Change Materials Development & Strategy Execution

Ability to develop change materials and translate strategies into actionable deliverables, such as stakeholder toolkits, readiness briefs, and role-based guidance.

Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination

Skilled in stakeholder engagement, coordination, and managing change initiative timelines. Familiarity with working alongside senior stakeholders and a diverse team.

Change Analysis & Readiness

Proficiency in conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness activities. Proven experience in supporting global change initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, readiness activities, and adoption tracking.

Branding & Communications

Best Practice Knowledge of branding, formatting, and communications template best practices. Demonstrated experience in drafting internal communications and creating change-related materials (e.g., guides, FAQs, stakeholder briefings).

Tools & Technical Skills

High proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and familiarity with AI tools for content creation. Project Support & Experience 3+ years of experience in communications, change enablement, or similar roles. Experience supporting project planning, risk management, and issue resolution in a matrixed or global environment.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
