We handle a high volume of AAA Angus beef steaks.
We’re looking for a reliable, precise and consistent grill cook who takes pride in execution — even during peak service.

Your role

• Execute meat cooking with precision and consistency
• Handle a high volume of steaks while maintaining standards
• Set up and organize your station for smooth service
• Stay efficient and focused during high-volume periods
• Follow strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Work as part of a team in a clean and organized kitchen
• Minimize waste and respect house standards

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience, including grill experience
• Strong understanding of steak doneness (rare to well done)
• Precision, speed and consistency
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Team player with respect for the product
