Delastek is constantly evolving and is looking for a Customer Relations Representative who can deliver a customer experience that matches our expertise in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Programs and Customer Service, the Customer Relations Representative will be responsible for the following:
- Greeting customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner;
- Following up with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify the needs of current clients and identify business opportunities to maintain and/or build relationships of trust;
- Monitor the bid process to ensure responses are provided within the prescribed deadlines;
- Review contracts to ensure that client requests align with contractual agreements;
- Represent the employer and maintain a consistent presence with clients;
- Maintain up-to-date dashboards and provide administrative follow-ups to management and relevant departments.
- DEC in administration or related fields.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in administration, account management, or any applicable experience.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service
- Excellent communication skills
