What your role will be:

The Supply Chain Manager, North America is responsible for leading and developing the North American Supply Chain and Procurement organization and for driving the implementation of DBS supply chain strategies across the region.

The role is accountable for developing and executing strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management (SRM), supplier development, and procurement excellence initiatives that support business growth, cost competitiveness, supply chain resilience, and long-term value creation. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), strengthening supplier performance, mitigating supply chain risks, and leveraging global sourcing synergies across the DBS Group.

Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Finance, the Supply Chain Manager ensures continuity of supply, effective supplier management, and alignment of procurement activities with business objectives.

As a member of the local management team, the Supply Chain Manager provides leadership in supply chain strategy deployment, operational excellence, sustainability initiatives, risk management, and continuous improvement across the North American Supply Chain organization.

Requested skills

  • Minimum 8 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and business acumen.
  • Effective leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and business results.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP and procurement processes
  • Have business acumen.
