Lead all activities related to David Brown Santasalo Canada & USA Supply Chain Management and maximize the supply chain power of the company. The Supply Chain Manager is the head of a team responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services for the company's facilities / production / assembly. The Supply Chain Manager seek the best available delivery performance (quality, lead time, OTD and service) for the lowest price. The person will evaluate and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and review suppliers delivery performance. Responsible for Supply Chain strategy implementation in North America.

Requested skills

Job requirements / knowledge and experience you must have:

  • 8 years experience in technical purchasing in a manufacturing environement;
  • 3 years experience managing a purchasing department;
  • Demonstrate a sense of planning, organization and control;
  • Think strategically;
  • Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail;
  • Perform research;
  • Know how to negotiate;
  • Demonstrate an analytical mind;
  • Have business acumen.
