Are you looking for a rewarding and stimulating role where you can showcase your expertise within a passionate team? We have the opportunity for you. Devinci is currently looking for a Growth & Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the Marketing and E-Commerce departments.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in evolving our organic digital presence. This role goes far beyond traditional social media management—you will help grow our channels by leveraging data, trends, and insights.

Your mission: create relevant and inspiring content for cyclists while supporting clear business objectives. You will identify what resonates with the community, turn real moments into engaging content, and highlight our products through authentic storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Growth Execution

  • Support the execution of Devinci’s organic digital strategy across key platforms
  • Apply insights, trends, and performance data to optimize content and channel performance
  • Contribute ideas and opportunities to support audience growth and engagement

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Create and publish high-quality, product-driven content across social and digital channels
  • Develop a strong understanding of Devinci’s products, technologies, and positioning
  • Translate product features into engaging and relevant rider-focused stories
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, positioning, and campaign priorities

Commercial & Campaign Support

  • Align content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business priorities
  • Support initiatives that help drive awareness, consideration, and engagement
  • Contribute to campaign execution with a strong organic and digital lens

Community Engagement

  • Engage with our audience across platforms to help build an active community
  • Monitor conversations, trends, and feedback within the cycling space
  • Support relationships with riders, ambassadors, and creators

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends, platforms, and content formats
  • Bring forward new ideas and creative approaches to enhance performance
  • Participate in testing and experimenting with new formats and tools

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to reporting efforts
  • Use data to inform content improvements and recommendations
  • Support ongoing optimization of content and channel strategies

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content creation, and digital best practices
  • Passion for cycling and strong interest in developing deep product knowledge
  • Interest in performance, analytics, and growth-oriented thinking
  • Ability to align content with marketing initiatives and business objectives
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or digital customer journeys is an asset
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to take direction and contribute ideas
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and creative execution skills (English & French)
English and French are required for this position to communicate effectively with our community across North America
