Our ultimate mission is; Picked up the goods at the scheduled time, delivered on time without damage to the goods to the complete satisfaction of our customers. For this reason, we need to hire an accounting technician.

Job Description :SUMMARY OF TASKS
The incumbent of the position will work under the supervision of the director of the accounting department. Produce various reports for the company's general management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receipts
Carry out bank reconciliations every day
Monitoring of accounts receivable
Payable
Weekly pay
- Ensure that invoicing is done promptly.
- See to balance the inter-companies on a monthly basis.
- See to balance temporary accounts monthly.
- Ensure that all required paperwork is completed on time.
- Support the controller in the execution of month-ends.
- May be called to replace vacations for other administrative positions (Payable, Receivable and Payroll)
REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
DEC accounting training, minimum for technicians;
Experience in the transportation field, an asset;
Knowledge of the Office suite;
Knowledge of AVANTAGE accounting software or other accounting software, an asset;
Spoken and written bilingualism;
Excellent customer service;
Good management of priorities;
Great sense of organization and communication;
Autonomy, resourcefulness, judgment, discernment and team spirit.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
