As part of our Marketing organization, our Copy and Content team is dedicated to capturing the voice of our customers, ensuring our content is accessible, engaging, and grammatically flawless. Concretely, you’ll support requests from all departments and work to help represent Coveo in the market. If you’re eager to make a real impact and grow your expertise, this is the role for you!
What your typical day would look like:- You start the morning with a team meeting (scrum) where you share your updates, hear the team’s progress on the different projects and share ideas to elevate each other.
- You then take time to proofread an upcoming external blog post, ensuring there are no mistakes in spelling, grammar or punctuation.
- Next, you organize the research that you and the team has gathered recently to make it available and easily accessible for all.
- After lunch, you listen in to a customer call and take notes on what is going well and the areas of improvement. You make sure the voice of the customer is accurately being captured.
- You then meet with your coach to discuss the challenges you’re currently facing. You finish the call shadowing them on their current tasks.
- The day is already coming to an end! You finish by working on the layout for an upcoming social post. It will highlight our service line of business.
- You are currently studying in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related program.
- You have strong editing and writing skills, you can explain complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- You thrive in a dynamic work environment that is highly collaborative across many teams.
- You’re curious by nature, you aren’t afraid to ask questions to strengthen your understanding!
- You have strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- You have a basic knowledge or interest in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
- You have an analytical mindset and are constantly seeking out new ways to improve processes.
- You aren’t afraid to take initiatives when you spot an opportunity.
- You’re bilingual (French and English)-not required, but a bonus! We have customers across the world so your audiences will speak both french and english!
