The incumbent will be responsible for accounts payable for the entire company. He will report to the Director of Finance for Canada and will have to interact regularly with management and the entire team.

We are looking for a clerk responsible for the following tasks:

  • Analyze transactions and discrepancies
  • Make payments according to terms
  • Communicate with suppliers
  • Establish accrued income at the end of the month.
  • Completes the credit references requested by our clients' suppliers
  • Establishing customer credit;
  • Account analysis and accruals;
  • Credit card management
  • Any other task requested by the manager, or aimed at the sound management of accounts payable.

Requested skills

Our ideal candidate is : 

  • Bilingual
  • Masters Office 365, more specifically Excel
  • Is comfortable in a multi-currency environment
  • Knows applicable sales taxes
  • Has good priority management
  • Likes to work under pressure and meets deadlines
  • Has a concern for continuous improvement and the development of new work tools
