Description

We are looking for a dynamic team player to support our production team.

The receiving/shipping clerk plans, organizes and performs all tasks related to the entry and exit of material from the factory.

Concretely :

Daily verification of the shipping schedules of the two companies to plan transport.
Packaging of the goods.
Production of the documentation necessary for shipments (delivery slips, invoices, bills of lading, customs papers)
Receipt of goods:
- Assist drivers
- Checking the condition of the boxes,
- Verification of delivery notes vs goods,
- Verification with purchase orders,
- Processing in ERP
- Identification of boxes and storage.
Waste management and factory cleaning.

Key objectives:

Meet delivery deadlines
Receive and place inventory optimally
Have a clean plant at all times
Be productive 100% of the time with helping the shop.
