About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee our national Equipment Services operations. This role leads a mobile team of field technicians and third-party vendors in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and optimize national field service operations to meet service level agreements and customer expectations
  • Manage technician scheduling, territories, and productivity using Salesforce (FSL)
  • Oversee inventory, equipment repairs, and budget performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams
  • Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and implement best practices
  • Ensure timely resolution of service issues and clear client communication
  • Collaborate with Dispatch and Finance to ensure accurate billing and service delivery
Leadership & Team Development
  • Manage performance, recruitment, training, and development of technicians and vendors
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health & safety standards
  • Coach and develop team members to support career growth
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in equipment or facilities operations (leadership level)
  • Proven ability to lead field teams and manage third-party vendors
  • Strong operational, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment

  • Willingness to travel across Canada
  • Flexibility to support rotational shifts as needed
