About the position

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated customer service advisor to join our auto insurance team. You will be the first point of contact with our policyholders and will play a key role in ensuring their experience is a positive one.

Your responsibilities
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries (phone, email, online).
  • Advise and assist policyholders with their needs (new policies, renewals, policy changes, basic claims).
  • Provide personalized, solution-oriented service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to quickly resolve complex situations.
  • Keep customer file information up to date and comply with compliance standards.


What we are looking for
  • Relevant customer service experience (ideally in automotive, insurance or a related field).
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment (Office suite, specialized software).
