Job Profile:
- Hold a valid AMF license as a damage insurance broker.
- Minimum one year of experience in commercial insurance.
- Driven by customer service or sales, possessing good computer skills (Office Suite).
- Proficiency in both French and English, both oral and written, as international partners (clients, suppliers, etc.) are involved.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess clients' risks and needs.
- Analyze and evaluate risks, identifying clients' needs.
- Negotiate on behalf of clients with various insurers.
- Advise clients on products best suited to their situation.
- Monitor client renewal schedules.
- Perform policy renewals and modifications as requested by clients.
- Record transactions in the TAM and Policy Works systems.
- Build a trusting relationship with different insurers.
- Develop trust and loyalty with clients.
- Have knowledge of all products and services offered by different insurers.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Salary range: $65,000 to $85,000.
