Under the supervision of the Personal Lines Manager, the main responsibilities of this position are to manage a personal lines insurance module. He/she is also responsible for providing personalized customer service. In addition, he/she must ensure the necessary follow-up for each customer with professionalism, and provide after-sales service to his/her clientele.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.establish relationships with customers or potential customers

2.provide customer advice, recommendations and solutions

7Use computerized systems to document customer files (throughout the process)

Profile
Training and experience

AEC or DEC in property and casualty insurance and financial services

Personal-lines damage insurance broker's license (AMF).

1 -5 years' experience in sales and/or customer service / Module management / VIP in personal property and casualty insurance;
Specific knowledge and skills

Knowledge of personal property and casualty insurance;

Knowledge of major insurers' systems (EPIC, Gobrio, Unique, etc.);

Knowledge of Office ( Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook );

Billingualism essential (French and English).
