Monday to friday between 9-5 pm or 10-6 pm;

Position Overview: The Service parts Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of inventory control, ensuring that stock levels are accurately counted, tracked and maintained in alignment with business needs. This role plays a key part in supporting parts ordering teams by ensuring the products are available at all the service stock locations with 100% accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts of the service warehouse in Richmond Hill and reconcile inventory variances.
  • Manage all aspects of service inventory including planning, co-packing coordination, inventory levels, and loss prevention.
  • Coordinate with internal warehouse teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure accurate inventory, cost efficiency, and timely, complete shipments to customers.
  • Provide daily operational guidance to warehouse and 3PL partners to meet performance expectations.
  • Support internal teams by picking parts, handling inter-warehouse transfers, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage aged, excess, or end-of-life inventory in line with management approvals.
  • Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs), taking corrective action as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as business needs evolve.
  • Resolve inventory-related issues through collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO procedures as outlined in the Compugen Quality Management System.
  • Build strong working relationships through professional and proactive communication.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Warehouse environment Or inventory control.
  • Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Ability to analyze, plan, organize and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, telephone, and email etiquette.
  • Data driven individuals with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with tight timelines.
  • Ability to lift merchandise weighing 40-50 Ibs.
  • Working knowledge of JDE will be an asset.
  • Flexibility to adjust to other shifts occasionally, between the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM.
  • Forklift license is needed.
