Position Overview: The HP Partner Marketing Coordinator role is equal parts detail, data, planning, and investigation, which translates to an individual who loves to build processes, be immersed in multiple tools and applications, meet deadlines, and continually strive for efficiencies. This role is designed to ensure that HP partner projects are accurately processed and reconciled. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Partner Marketing, the Coordinator will continually refine internal processes, proactively mitigate challenges, and build profitability while increasing internal and external customer satisfaction. As the HP Partner Marketing Coordinator, you will understand timelines, tools, partner portals, and deliverables, ensure accurate tracking, and report back to internal and external teams via ClickUp.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tracking of all marketing projects that are associated with partner funding via Clickup
  • Coordinate with the Partner Funding Coordinator in processing activities in a timely, accurate manner
  • Collaborate with the entire marketing team, sharing relevant and timely communication of partner team needs.
  • Support Senior Manager of Partner Marketing in managing requests, meetings, and facilitation of weekly deep dive sessions
  • Build and maintain a content database of all partner documents, portal logistics, and contacts
  • Joins in the strategy and creative development of partner marketing projects
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to achieve departmental goals
  • Assist in departmental reporting
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Office 365 Suite
  • Detail-orientated and proven organizational abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize changing requirements, projects, and initiatives
  • Strong teamwork ethic - this role requires a high degree of co-development
  • Past partner/co-marketing experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and manufacturer partners is a plus
  • Experience in project management tool Clickup a plus
  • Experience in marketing automation system HubSpot a plus
