Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect - Platform Integrations to support a high-priority customer onboarding initiative. This 5-month contract role will focus on designing and overseeing platform integrations between ServiceNow, JD Edwards, and Coupa, ensuring seamless data flow and operational alignment across systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in enterprise system architecture and integration strategy, with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and documentation of integration architecture across ServiceNow, JD Edwards, and Coupa platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand onboarding requirements and define integration specifications.

Develop technical integration plans, including data flow diagrams, interface specifications, and system dependencies.

Provide architectural oversight to development and implementation teams executing the integration work.

Ensure integrations adhere to best practices in performance, scalability, security, and compliance.

Serve as the architecture lead throughout the onboarding phase, providing technical direction and issue resolution.

7+ years of experience in enterprise or integration architecture roles.

Strong, hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow, JD Edwards, and Coupa, particularly in integration scenarios.

Proven expertise with API management, middleware, and enterprise integration frameworks.

Experience in customer onboarding projects or fast-paced implementation environments.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation skills.

Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or equivalent is an asset.

Certifications in ServiceNow, TOGAF, or similar frameworks are a plus.
