Looking to fill your weeks with a few extra hours? Join our dynamic team as a Student Supervisor and play a key role in creating a positive and respectful educational environment! Your main mission will be to ensure that students behave in a way that is consistent with the values and rules of conduct established by our school. Percentage of work: 57.1429% until the return of the incumbent, no later than June 23rd, 2026.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday 7:40 a.m. -8:40 a.m. , 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. and 3:10 p.m. - 4:10 p.m.
- Ensure a vigilant presence in the school to guarantee compliance with rules and student safety, by making regular rounds, intervening if necessary and reporting any anomalies.
- Act as a point of contact for students and visitors, guiding them and providing clear information on school regulations.
- Help students in need of extra support in a caring manner, whether for eating in the cafeteria, getting dressed, or getting around.
- Work closely with the educational team to ensure that student activities run smoothly and are supervised, and that the necessary resources are available.
- Intervene effectively in conflict resolution, provide first aid and contribute to safety in case of emergency, in collaboration with the disciplinary team, if necessary.
- Manage room reservations, locker allocation and equipment monitoring.
- Actively participate in absence control according to established procedure and manage student attendance data.
- Use IT tools to carry out administrative tasks and monitor activities, as required.
- Performs all other related tasks.

Requested skills
- Hold a 5th year high school diploma or an attestation of studies with recognition of equivalence.
- Possess one (1) year of relevant work experience favoring the development of a personal discipline, a basic understanding of psychology or human relations skills.
- Have a good command of spoken English and a working knowledge of French.
- Hold a valid first aid certificate.
