POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our H1 Harmonie building. Are you organized, proactive, and customer service-oriented? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where every day is different? We have the opportunity waiting for you!


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with the property management team for administrative follow-up (leases, documents, suppliers, etc.)
  • Ensure follow-ups and inspections of vacant units so that they are ready and clean
  • Follow up on move-ins and move-outs
  • Input the necessary data at given time in Hopem
  • Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary
  • Manage calls, emails and correspondence
  • Perform all administrative tasks requested by the building manager
  • Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
  • Provide rental reports or other report requested by the building manager
  • Respond to customer service requests
  • Respond to requests from existing tenants (questions, comments, service requests, etc.)
  • Welcome and respond to tenant requests with courtesy and professionalism
Administration
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Perform other related duties
  • Support the general manager in his duties
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Experience in an administrative position or in property management (an asset)
