POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The server's role in a senior living residence is to ensure a warm, safe, and respectful meal service, directly contributing to the comfort, health, and well-being of the residents. This position aims to offer a pleasant dining experience, maintain a clean and organized environment, and build trusting relationships with seniors through attentive and caring presence.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
  • Contribute to the teams efforts to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dinning room(s)
  • Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
  • Participate in table service with your team of waiters
