POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Les Jardins Du Couvent residence, a welcoming private seniors' residence, has a Server/Waitress opportunity available.

Permanent part-time position, between 20 and 25 hours per week, 3 to 4 hours per week, plus replacements as needed and every other weekend.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Contribute to the teams efforts to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dinning room(s)
- Greet clients and orient new residents by proposing their seat at an appropriate table
- Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
- Perform other related duties
- Prepare the lunches and suppers for the Health Care department
- Take orders, noting specific requests and following-up with the kitchen staff
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
- High school diploma (SSD)
