Le Manoir Les Générations, a friendly private seniors' residence located in Ste-Foy, is looking for the next gem to fill a full-time rental agent position. Sales experience required, knowledge of the retirement savings plan market an asset. We offer group insurance, telemedicine, an employee assistance program, and more.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Weekend work is possible if there are visits) Salary: To be discussed based on experience + commission
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
- Follow up with clients
- Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
- If required, collaborate on the various residence committees
- Interact with your colleagues in response to client requests
- Manage customer inquiries
- Monitor the integration of a new resident
- Prepare information packets for customers
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- Stay on top of the trends in the rental market for the region
- Work in Microsoft Excel to update data
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
