Salary: From $21/hour
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Analyze client needs
- Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
- Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
- Greet visitors
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of the private residence environment
- Knowledge of the Hopem system
- Bilingual
