POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The private retirement residence Les Tours Angrignon is ideally located close to many amenities, allowing residents to enjoy the benefits of urban living while being within walking distance of Angrignon Park.
We are looking for a quality of life advisor, full-time or part-time.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Analyze client needs
- Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
- Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
- Greet visitors
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of the private residence environment
- Knowledge of the Hopem system
- Bilingual
