POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Nestled in the heart of nature, the Livélia private retirement residence offers its residents the perfect balance between the vibrancy of the city and the charm of neighbourhood life. Located on the southern tip of Nuns' Island, the residence boasts breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River and downtown Montreal. We are currently seeking a Quality of Life Advisor (Leasing Agent) for an 8-week, full-time contract (40 hours per week).
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct visits and negotiate rental contracts
- Make the appointment
- Meet the needs of building tenants in a courteous, quick and efficient manner
- Prepare folders to give to customers
- Produce rental activity reports and process renewal requests, as needed
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- Update the various administrative forms
- Write the rental agreement
- degree in the field
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Ability to use IT tools
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
- Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
- Good knowledge of sales techniques
- Knowledge of senior living residences is a major asset.
