POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general information and intelligence
- Welcoming and guiding residents and visitors
- Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
- Distribute notices to residents
- Maintain the different registers
- Maintain the residence directory
- Open and distribute mail
- Perform other related duties
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Receive and redirect incoming calls
- Training in secretarial work, office skills, and administration
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of senior living residences is a major asset.
- Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written.
- A working knowledge of the software systems, Hopem and Quickbooks (an asset)
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
