POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to lay floating floor
- Actively participate in various company committees -Know and apply company policies and procedures
- All other related tasks
- Collaborate or perform any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
- Do minor repairs in the apartments (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, change water heaters, etc.)
- Inform the immediate superior of the needs for materials and products for the maintenance and upkeep of the building
- Knowledge of plumbing and electricity
- Make spring and winter outdoor preparations.
- Preventive maintenance on equipment
- Remove snow and ice from sidewalks occasionally
