POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the pastry chef, the person will have to make desserts and pastries, cut and portion cakes, maintain their work environment.
In addition, 2 days / week as a counter clerk in a bistro, dealing with a cash register.
We are looking for someone with experience in pastry and counter service. Meticulous and fast with customer service skills.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making sandwiches according to the foods available
- Prepare quick meals and drinks
- Receive payments at checkout
- Serve customers at the counter
- Stock refrigerators and salad counters.
- Take orders from customers
- Perform other related duties
- Minimum 3 years in the kitchen
