POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Jazz Drummondville is a recently built 405-unit residence located in a sought-after area of Drummondville, offering a high-quality, safe, and deeply human living environment for its residents and employees.
We are currently seeking a Concierge for a permanent, full-time position, 38 hours per week, night shift from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and one weekend out of two.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Perform safety tours and ensure that exterior doors are locked
- Remove snow and ice on sidewalks
- Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
- Taking out the trash
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Good sense of interpersonal communication
- Good team player
