POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Cité Rive residence is located in a prestigious environment and in an enchanting setting overlooking a beautiful park along the majestic Rivière-des-Prairies. The Cité Rive residence represents, first and foremost, Montreal's quality of life, with proximity to all its services, access to its many entertainment options, and all its resources.
We are currently seeking a manager for the Multi-Services Center (MSC).
COGIR's MSCs offer residents unique access, directly in their residence, to a wide range of services: health, personal care, assistance, and specialized advice. As true resource centers, they allow seniors to benefit from a variety of high-quality services without having to travel.
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-service-oriented individual who will ensure the coordination of services and the smooth running of the CMS, in collaboration with various professionals and partners.
TEMPORARY position (maternity leave replacement), full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, daytime, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop strategies to develop and promote the service
- Ensure the development of services in place by optimizing the visibility of partners
- Maintain and develop relationships with potential customers and CMS partners
- Organize and coordinate CMS activities
- Solicit potential customers by phone, networking, email to consolidate business relationships
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Experience in sales
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- High school diploma (SSD)
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
