Manoir Manrèse, a friendly private seniors' residence located near Parc des Braves, is seeking a full-time maintenance attendant. Apartment renovations and resident requisitions plus all other related tasks: flooring, painting, plastering We offer group insurance, telemedicine, an employee assistance program, and more.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with every other weekend on call Salary: Between $24.06 and $24.79 per hour
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Change light bulbs in the common areas
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Make service calls
- Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Taking out the trash
