ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Carry out minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, painting, changing lights, various installations, etc.)
  • Inform the immediate superior of the needs for materials and products for the maintenance and upkeep of the building
  • Provide assistance to residents for any defect falling under the responsibility of the residence
  • all other related tasks
Construction
  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Make service calls
  • Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electricity and minor repairs
  • Knowledge of senior residences, a major asset
  • Good team player
