POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Salary: According to the collective agreement
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
- Good communication
- No experience necessary
