Les Jardins Logidor, a friendly private residence for seniors located in Ste-Foy, is looking for a person to fill a part-time maintenance attendant position. Meals provided, free parking and stable schedule.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: minimum 30 hours per week during the day
Salary: from $22.81
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Change light bulbs in the common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
