The Quartier des Rivières, located along the St-Charles River, offers seniors a warm and safe environment while respecting the specific needs of each person. We are currently looking for two people to fill full-time facilities attendant positions. Under the direction of the Maintenance Director: Apartment renovations and resident requisitions + all other related tasks: laying floors, painting, plastering
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime with one weekend every other
Salary: from $19 per hour (to be discussed depending on experience)
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
- Good communication
