POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The welcoming Le Jazz Teasdale residence is looking for a maintenance attendant. Reporting to the maintenance director, the maintenance attendant's responsibilities include completing small renovations, handling painting work, and ensuring cleanliness within the facility.
Permanent position, daytime schedule (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance of common areas
- all other related tasks
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- CPR training (asset)
