Located in Lévis, the Les Marronniers residence offers a friendly, stimulating work environment. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent seniors and those with mild loss of autonomy. We are currently seeking three people to fill part-time night shifts as Law 90 Caregiver Positions. ** Completed AP/RPA training or completed DEP (vocational diploma) in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home**
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule A: One 9/14 night shift, 12 a.m.-8 a.m. Schedule B: One 5/14 night shift, 12 a.m.-8 a.m. Schedule C: One 7/14 night shift, 11:30 p.m.-7:30 a.m.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
- Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
- PDSP training
- AP/RPA or DEP training in personal assistance in establishments and at home
