Located in Lévis, the Les Marronniers residence offers a friendly, stimulating work environment. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent seniors and those with mild loss of autonomy. We are currently seeking two people to fill Law 90 caregiver night positions to cover maternity leave. ** Completed AP/RPA training or completed DEP (vocational diploma) in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home**
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule A: One 9/14 night shift, 12 a.m.-8 a.m. Schedule B: One 5/14 night shift, 12 a.m.-8 a.m.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
- Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
- PDSP training
- AP/RPA or DEP training in personal assistance in establishments and at home
