POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Simonia private retirement residence, located in the heart of Granby, offers a serene yet vibrant atmosphere in a bustling city. Both urban and green, the project blends seamlessly into its surroundings.

We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant for a TEMPORARY (maternity leave replacement) full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration
  • Perform other related duties
Construction
  • All other related tasks
  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Clean storage spaces and maintenance carts
  • Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
  • Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Make service calls
  • Taking out the trash
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
  • Knowledge of senior living residences is a major asset.
  • Building maintenance training
