POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Résidence Du Verger is currently seeking two Housekeeping and Laundry Attendants. We offer a healthy and safe work environment for both our residents and employees. Permanent part-time position, 20 hours per week (2 days of housekeeping from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 1 day of laundry from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesdays).
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the washing of residents' clothes and bedding
- Put away clothes and bedding after washing
- To ensure the collection of residents' clothing and bedding
- All other related tasks
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Clean storage spaces and maintenance carts
- Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
- Maintain and clean the premises
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of senior residences, a major asset
