POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Stella Residence, located in Laval, offers seniors a warm and safe environment while respecting each resident's individual needs with integrity and privacy. We are currently seeking a full-time, night-shift heavy maintenance worker (midnight to 8:00 a.m.), working one weekend out of two.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
- Taking out the trash
- Wash windows in common areas
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
