POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for two heavy maintenance attendants to join our maintenance team.
Schedule: Permanent, part-time position, weekends, from 4 p.m. to midnight
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
- Keep the work environment clean
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
- Taking out the trash
- Wash windows in common areas
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- High school diploma (SSD)
- Knowledge of seniors’ residences, a major asset
- 1 year of experience in housekeeping (asset)
