The private residence for seniors Les Marronniers, located in Vieux-Lévis, is looking for a person to fill a full-time heavy maintenance attendant position at night. Free parking, meals at $0.75 and stable schedule.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with every other weekend
Salary: from $17 per hour
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- painting
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
- Taking out the trash
- Wash windows in common areas
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
