POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a full-time doorman for our buildings in Montreal. Are you known for being versatile, customer-service oriented, and highly organized? You are the person we need! As a member of the administrative and maintenance team, the doorman's main function is to ensure the security of the building.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Actively participate in various company committees - Know and apply company policies and procedures
  • All other related tasks
  • Carry out minor maintenance interventions (open doors, change mailbox locks, change lights, etc.)
  • Clear or salt exterior entrances
  • Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
  • Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas (keep the lobby, mail room and elevators clean)
  • Inform the immediate superior of the needs of the building (maintenance, service, etc.)
  • Knowledge of fire safety rules
  • Monitor the building at all times (tours of the building, check cameras, alarm panel, etc.)
  • Removing snow and ice from sidewalks
  • Respond and assist with all administrative requests that his immediate superior may entrust to him
  • Respond to customer service requests
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
  • Has tools
  • Customer service experiences
  • Must have valid Private Security Bureau -BSP license (requirement)
