Jazz Lévis, a friendly private seniors' residence, is seeking a full-time Care Manager position. We are looking for someone who is a licensed practical nurse. Effective immediately. We offer group insurance, an employee assistance program, a stable schedule, and more.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: A 40-hour/weekly position with every other weekend. Salary: To be discussed
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)
- Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents
- Respond to all emergency situations
- A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing
- PDSB training
- Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
- Member of the OIIAQ
