POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a Beneficiary Attendant who will contribute to the quality of life of residents. The Beneficiary Attendant sees to the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.
Permanent part-time position in the form of 3/15, daytime, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer ringtones
- Assist and accompany residents in their travels
- Collaborate in maintaining the bond of trust with the families or loved ones of the residents as well as with the various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.)
- Ensure the accompaniment of residents to activities, the dining room and appointments at the home
- Notify the nurse and/or the person in charge of health services of any changes observed in the state of health of the residents
- Respond to all emergency situations
- Assist the nursing staff in tasks that require no hands-on care of the resident
- In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Flexibility for the work schedule
